Refund policy
MANAAKI MADE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on manaakimade.com if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was shipped.
What items are returnable?
- They must be in original condition
- With tags attached and in the original packaging
You the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost. We will refund your shipping cost if the item is deemed faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item.
EXCHANGE
If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want the item/s purchased from manaakimade.com, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit equal to the value paid for the item/s.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please email info@manaakimade.com with your order number and an image of the fault so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted.
If you do not require a replacement item/s store credit will be issued for the full amount.
COURIER RETURNED BAG
When you have received the returned courier bag for your faulty item or incorrect item, you can drop off to a NZ couriers depot or ring 0800 800 841 for the courier to collect from you. Please make sure to put your order number and name in the package.
Paddle Warranty and Repairs Policy
- All paddles have a 12 month guarantee on manufacturer and material faults. This does not include normal wear and tear and/ or incorrect use.
- If damage to the paddle/s is outside of the above clause Manaaki Made can do the repair at the owners cost.
- Repairs will not be undertaken until the owner has been notified and agreed to the cost of the repair.
- You the customer are responsible for the return shipping and cost. We will refund the shipping cost if the paddle/s is deemed faulty.
